What specifically does a Kewi warranty provide?

Installation and configuration advice on your Kewi product for the critical first 30 days after delivery;

Comprehensive online help via the web;

Hardware problem diagnosis and resolution service via call back service;

A repair and replacement parts service, if required after completion of Kewi's problem diagnosis procedures.

Free pick up and re-delivery (as long as a warranty claim can be justified)

What does a Kewi Warranty exclude?

Fixing problems evolving from the customer changing any Bios settings. Bios will be locked and if found to be un-locked any warranty is void.

Fixing issues with the Operating System other than required for resolving hardware issues

Accidental damage including spills, drops, power surges.

Intentional damage, normal wear and tear, unreasonable or excessive use, acts of God including fire and flood, environmental conditions, act of violence or similar occurrence

Damage caused by use of components of software not supplied by Kewi, relocation or transportation, servicing not authorized by Kewi, usage not in accordance with product instructions, improper voltage selection on systems power supply

Assistance with Spyware/Virus Removal

General usage questions for Operating System, email, internet set-up and Network set-up

General usage questions for installation and configuration of software applications after 30 days

Non-Kewi supplied hardware, their installation and compatibility with Kewi supplied hardware (original manufacturer supports)
